Norton); and The Debt-Free Spending Plan (HarperCollins.) JoAnnah is working on a 5th book, has a podcast, and has produced 2CD’s. On top of that, she teaches Yoga! The highlights:
Creativity is inside of us all – “let the tomato plant produce the tomatoes”
Age is not a factor—you can be creative as a child, an adult and as a senior
Give yourself permission to put on different hats—step out and see how they feel
Try small blocks of time at a pursuit rather than long sessions—this is more successful at finding out what you enjoy doing
Experience the joy of expression – Joy is in the process and not the product
You do not have to be an expert or achieve a certain goal—Just Do It!
