Meeting Reminders: First, Second and Third Wednesday of each month is a Lunch Meeting.

Fourth Wednesday of the month is either an evening Happy Hour/Social Event or a Community Service Activity.

Fifth Wednesday of the month - if there is one there is NO meeting.

November 7 Recap

Our next meeting is a lunch meeting on Wednesday, November 14th at Poplar Creek at 12:15pm. It is our annual Thanksgiving meeting and our speakers will be our three clergy members (Michael Mahoney, Jay Miller, Paul Watermulder).

On Thursday, November 15 you are invited to our Fun Fairy Party at 6:00pm hosted by Suzanne Juptner, 428 Occidental Avenue, San Mateo.

We will be dark Wednesday, November 21st, the day prior to Thanksgiving.

Let’s Review What Happened Last Week:

Last week, our speaker was our very own Sarah Haas. She gave us an informative presentation regarding the ins and outs of applying to college in the 21st Century.

Paradise Fire Relief Fund:

The Paradise Rotary Club will be accepting donations to be used to assist folks in the short and long term via the “The Paradise Rotary Foundation”. Since they are pretty sure that the Paradise Post Office is gone, they have asked that donations be mailed c/o Scheer Memorial Chapel, 2410 Foothill Blvd, Oroville, Ca 95966. This is the District Governor's Oroville location.

Upcoming Meetings And Events:

November 14 - Lunch Meeting at Poplar Creek at 12:15pm. Our speakers will be our three clergy members (Michael Mahoney, Jay Miller, Paul Watermulder) with their annual Thanksgiving presentation.

November 15 - Annual Fun Fairy Party at 6:00pm hosted by Suzanne Juptner, 428 Occidental Avenue, San Mateo.

November 21 (Dark) - Thanksgiving

November 28 - Social/Happy Hour meeting at Steelhead Brewery at 5:00pm.

December 5 - Lunch Meeting at Poplar Creek at 12:15pm. Our speaker will be Mike Matteucci of the Burlingame Police Department.

December 7- Burlingame Holiday Parade, contact Emily Matthews, Suzanne Juptner or Pierre Bouquet to see how you can help and participate. See flyer below.

December 12 - Annual Christmas Lunch at Sapore Restaurant at 11:30am (1447 Burlingame Avenue). See flyer below.

December 19, 26 and January 2 - Dark for the Christmas and New Year holidays.

January 8 - Salon at Cheri Delacy Carr's house (148 Elm Burlingame). Dave Upchurch will lead a discussion on the last days of Theranos.

January 9 - Lunch meeting at Poplar Creek at 12:15pm.

January 16 - Lunch meeting at Poplar Creek at 12:15pm.

January 23 - Social meeting at 5:00pm at Poplar Creek followed by a club assembly.
