Join us for a change of pace as we meet at the Peninsula Humane Society for our usual catered lunch. Hear about the amazing work that the Center does and take a tour of the facility.

The Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA had been in dire need of a new home for our vital work. With a final push from supporters, that home opened in September 2011 and has transformed our adoption experience. Adopters, visitors, animal lovers, and peers use words like warm, inspiring, creative, and fun to describe our privately-funded Tom and Annette Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Rd. in Burlingame.  Adoptions are just part of what makes our Center special. We offer peeks into behind-the-scenes work for kittens, dogs, and wildlife and a one-of-a-kind hands-on learning space for kids.
